Our staff working in housekeeping, cleaning services, food and beverage production
areas and in the background areas such as dishwashing area must wear masks and
disposable gloves.
There are posters and brochures about pandemic and hygiene in the staff commen
areas, and safe physical distancerule is applied in these areas
All of our staff knows and applies the safe distance rule with our guests and with each
other
Our employees who are in direct contact with our guests wears mask and gloves
when necessary
BAŞKENT HOSPITAL staff is on duty at the hotel for our guests and employees. We
have an action plan when it is necessary
Since the begining of the pandemic process, all our staff have been trained by
specialized rms and healthcare teams regarding pandemic and prevention methods
and contamination condition, and this trainings repeated continuously. Periodically ,
trainings are repeated and informations refeshed or updated in daily operation meetings
